This Weeks Wednesday Weigh In

Yesterday I reported Monday's weigh in. Now normally I don't weigh in more than once a week, but I wanted to get back on my weekly schedule...i really didn't expect a weight loss... but there is was...2 more pounds gone :) It's like my body was just waiting to get back on track to release the weight...lol. Time to up the calories and slow this down a bit ;) I visited a new gym yesterday...same franchise different location. A few of my people from my normal gym went to the new location when they opened, so thought why not...it was good to see them again and i loved the new place. So I may be getting more work out in so I can visit both locations now...lol.
