Today was a better day. Even got one of my associates to join!! She is super excited.
I'm hoping since we work together we can definitely help each other.
Ate better today. Didn't log my food today. I am striving to log my food every day to see my progress. It's just a matter of stopping and take the time to enter my food log.
Challenge for me is to drink my water. I am a sodaholic!! So any advise would be appreciated.
Looking forward to a wonderful weekend of watching football and of course I have to work.
But let's all spark on and have a great weekend!!! emoticon emoticon

    I understand completely about the soda. I'm addicted to Pepsi. What has worked for me, is to cut back on it slowly. I was drinking at one every day (sometimes 2), But last spring/summer I started having just one a day. That worked most of the time. Then I cut back to 3 a week by last fall. But when my mom was in the nursing home, I was back to having one everyday. Now that she is home I'm down to 2 a week. I had one in the fridge for about 2 weeks before I gave in and drank it. Once I get used to the 2 a week I'm gong to go for 1 a week. Not sure if I can give them up entirely.

    TAKE BABY STEPS! And if you back slide, don't beat yourself up over it.
