So my weight has been yo-yo-ing a bit over the last 2 years. I was at 162 about 2 years ago and dreamt of 155, at which I'd be content that I reached my goal.
Then it crept up into the high 160-s, then the low 170-s and now closer to 180. I don't know, I'm pretty low carb, so I must just be eating too much. Grrrrr, gotta take hold of the situation.
I'm not following one of my primary rules, which is to eat only when hungry, not for entertainment.
