YAY Adalynn is here! Addy was born January 5th and weighed a whopping 9 pounds 15 ounces. Needless to say I definitely listened to my drs and waited the two weeks to start working out. I started working out on Monday and man was it hard. I didn't work out at all during my pregnancy because I was in so much pain all the time. I was doing so well before I got pregnant now I am tired just doing a walking workout. so I am now getting everything in place so I can finally lose the weight for good. No more kiddos for me and no more excuses for not losing weight. Hopefully on Thursday I will make it to a weight watcher meeting and sign up. Now off to make a menu and grocery list for the week while the two older kiddos are playing and baby is sleeping.
