High Carb, Low Fat Vegan Trials

Hi everyone! It's been so long that I have almost forgotten how to blog here. :) Almost... I have been working so hard at getting our house into order and getting everything setup for my personal blog that I have regretfully not made the time to talk and chat with everyone here. I was amazed after being out of our elements for about 8 months to find that I had not really gained or lost any weight. Hooray! It is amazing to get to that plateau while away! I've been stuck at the same weight for about two years now but I was thrilled to find out that when I was eating whatever I wanted basically (still 100% vegan) that I had not ruined everything I had worked so hard to achieve. I guess this means while here on SP and doing my own studies I have really learned to maintain my body while eating healthy and working out occasionally but not obsessively.

Now I have to work on losing those last 15-20 lbs! I am trying out adding more vegetables and fruits into my diet to change things up for a healthier, skinnier me. I have been thinking about going to a high carb, low fat vegan type of lifestyle. It's a bit of a challenge being it is so cold here (rarely over 20F daily) but I am trying to work around that at the moment. I've tried raw vegan and I believe I would love it if we lived in a warmer place. So I am thinking raw til 4 is just about right for me. It's all about learning how to cater to our own bodies right. Hopefully this will help push my body into something new and I can finally lose those last pesky lbs.

Anyone else out there doing 80 10 10 or a form of it? I'd love to hear your stories.
