half way there

So I haven't been around on sparkpeople for a little while, but I have been checking in on BOBCATGIRL76 everyday. I just love reading her posts and they have inspired me to get my act together.
I'm a married lady now who has also made her way back up to 190 lbs. No bueno. I'm glad I'm not inching close to the 200's though. Being at 190 puts me at 30 lbs away from my goal weight of 160. It also means that I've lost close to 30 lbs. I've been stuck in the middle for too long and need to push myself over that hump. I can do this! I've done it before, so here I am taking it back to the basics.
Step one - getting back into tracking my food, measuring and following the serving suggestions, and making healthy choices/alternatives. It all starts with how I fuel my body.
Step two - making exercise a daily routine even if it is just 20 minutes a day. No more being lazy!
Step three - keeping myself accountable and motivated by creating achievable short and long-term goals
Anyways, I hope by pressing the reset button in my mind that I will be able to get back into the swing of things. I miss the success I had been having and know I can achieve it once again. I hope to be making more blogs too so I feel a little more accountable and keep the fire strong!
