tarnation I lost my post

I posted my exercises and foods exercise I think I did total of 30 min, I timed first 10 walking out side then I did a lot of walking in house which I forgot to time emoticon

food wise I am under my calorie goal of 1200 only got in 942 calories

water I am still working on that

wow today took a lot out of me for the exercises guess I will have to stick with going slow and work my way up again into the exercises minutes

looking toward the future
