3/17 Tuesday

today went a lot better great day ate healthy breakfast, lunch and supper
got in 8 cups of water and 2 cups of black tea

in exercises I am still lagging only 10 min for total day but still up moving round house which I don't time.


3/18-

todays another bad day on the run only had a yogurt for breakfast and water

lunch was a grabb a special at gas station calories unknown of course,

supper was just water and little popcorn 3/4 cup


no exercises did get in 8 cups water for the day.

3/19 Thursday-

today started out another great day after yesterday, had breakfast and already had in 6 cups of water by 9 am lunch was veggies and grain another 3 cups water,

supper had my protein , 1/2 cup beans and veggie and grains

got in all my water 12 cups

I hope I am able to post blogs on here my hotspot says it very low on min emoticon
