Day13 Lunch like never before

So here is my lunch of provision medley and smoked herring.
Provision medley includes sweet potato, eddoes, dasheen, green bananas, cassava sauté with red onions, thyme and garlic in olive oil. This idea was given to me by the dietitian. I think this was the best thing to come out of that visit.... Well this and the fact her diet felt so restrictive that I reawakened my spark account.
The smoked herring was soaked in boiling water to remove excess salt then sauté with onion and tomatos.
This tastes delicious. Healthy carbs with protein and veggie. (I ate the broccoli first because it did not blend well with the other flavours.
