Those first few days when you are just starting your transition to a better you! You get on the scale and it's moving in the opposite direction. You get excited and want to see those results. However, as the body starts adjusting there are things that you need to do to keep the decline going.

I am taking it one day at a time and I want to be sure that I'm doing it right and so I plan to meet with my nutritionist next week and we will review my food logs; I keep two. One here on this website and the journal that travels with me everywhere I go. I'm logging all of it in the book. I see where my struggle is and I can determine if I've reached the requirements of the CFPF (Carbs, Fats, Proteins & Fiber) for the day.

I know that I have a long way to go in understanding what's right, what I need in order to keep my body burning fuel. My weakest days are the weekends. I don't get up until late and that's one thing that I will be changing and my eating is erratic because of it.
