Day 14 Old friendship rekindled

Portion control is key. I learned this in 2009-2011 when I finally hit my first goal weight of 220lbs (total loss 40lbs) then promptly started to regain. Not breaking up with my friends again. My scale is camera shy... Its really one hubby uses for work so it's not pretty but its pretty accurate.
