Day 18 Fitness everyday

I started sparkpeople already doing Zumba twice a week. as only SparkPeople can do I feel motivated to exercise more often. From today I plan to do some exercise everyday even if it is only 10 to 15 minutes. I'm in the spring 5% challenge so I expect many new changes in the near future. Today's lunch
