Doing ok; I have lost some but feel like I am not losing as fast as I should for the calories I am consuming. Don't get me wrong I am GRATEFUL for the pounds I have.

I'm so excited; I have my tracker and it is now activated. emoticon

Right now I am focusing on my calories so I do not have a lot of energy. But next week I plan to slowly get back into it with some time on the treadmill & a little on my rowing machine. I can only go 15 minutes on the row cause ) my "back side aka junk in the trunk gets numb;(

Watching the swimsuit problem help Rachel Ray is doing. NOT the food part. I do not do well with temptation.

Gotta go soon to wash my dogs. I tried to get a spot with my groomer but she was booked due to Easter. Usually I only need to call 3-4 days in advance but called on Mon./am & no opening till till April 8th. I can't cut their nails and that is what I needed the most. I can't get them to let. I have the clippers & the dog drimmel .

    I love my tracker. I did the same thing you are planning; slowly, I got acclimated and now I have a thing going where I expect so much and push myself to get the steps in.
