Thank you broken toe…

For the last few years I’ve maintained my weight goal. In February I broke my toe and about the same time committed to a vegan diet for lent. emoticon

I’ve keep the weight off with a low carbohydrate diet and running; so I knew this would be a challenge. emoticon

Fast forward two months later; I gained 10 lbs emoticon now I’m back to the ESSENTIALS; emoticon
Tracking food
Drinking Water (No more wine, cokes and coffee)
Eat Healthy (No more running more so I can eat more)****BAD HABIT emoticon
Moral of this story;
I was sabotaging myself daily and didn't realize it because the scale said I was okay. emoticon

    Sorry about your broken toe. Hope it is healing fast. I sabotage myself after every annual physical check up when everything comes back ok (all my blood and metabolic measures are normal) I start to indulge and what do you know the weight goes up.

    As longer as we get to the root of the problem them we can work on it and I think you have it figured out and you have implemented a great plan. emoticon emoticon
