Mood is better, weight is the same

Maybe I'm trying to work on too many things at once. Which is my no. 1 goal: no ice cream? 8 hours sleep? tracking all day instead of just breakfast and lunch? doing exercise each day? my new one of 3 days a week at the gym? weight loss? Strength training, esp. my legs? Balance training?
Maybe one hard one and one easy one for this week only. Hard one? No ice cream all week. Easy one? 3 days a week at the gym (explanation: I have a free Silver Sneakers membership and a gym that accepts it close by). Those two things should result in weight loss of at least 1 lb, maybe 2. Plus going to the gym will make strength training easier.
p.s. I started using the pedometer again today.
