Weekly plan -
W- Walk (45 min); plan menu for upcoming week
R -Walk (45 min); strength train; tabata begin tracking food for next week in tracker
Sat. Walk (45 min); strength train; abs; grocery shop; clean
Sun-walk 45 min; abs; Family b-day party at our house
obstacle this past week -the weekend I was not planned and prepared for what to eat and had a bad eating day Sat. Although I still tracked which is an improvement for me over bad eating days in the past. I will plan what I am eating on the weekend and be sure it's prepared.
Goal for the upcoming week: Get exercise in 6 days. Plan weekend food.
NSV this past week: Planned ahead with my eating when I knew I would be going to a party and stayed in goal range.
