Monday went ok, today, meh

The "500" salad yesterday was really good! I'd try to make it home sometime too - it had quinoa, wheat berries, fresh herbs, raw veggies, avocado, lime, almonds. Rest of the day was in range and made it to the gym (cardio and upper body weights). Today, though, some sweets did sneak onto my plate :( But, hope to get to the gym again tonight (cardio only).
Tomorrow is a full day of eating out. Lots of treats around. Heavy food. No opportunity for a workout. I just have to stay connected to my goal and not give up for the day.
