Day 34 of re-charge

I've finally made a good re-start on my healthy lifestyle. My daughter is graduating high school so i am energized to feel better. I've been focusing on bike riding as my main cardio, and also trying to get into the gym (Y) for other cardio. My son has a mountain bike now and has now become a leader over me as far as biking on trails. My trek hybrid does ok on easy trails but ideally a mountain bike will be better and though a nice new one isn't in the cards i am keeping my eyes open for a used one in good shape.

Trying to not over eat at night which has been a downfall. So far I am feeling better and looking forward to continuing throughout the summer.

And today...some yard work and planning on a bike ride later!

    Night time overeating is my weakness too, always battling the munchies at night.
