Today, my focus has been to take small steps. Learning a few lessons from my previous achievements, I know that I cannot set unattainable goals. If I try to focus on the amount of weight I have to lose, I am going to quickly burn out. My focus the past two days was exercise. Today my focus was water intake. I'm slowly getting back into closely monitoring my calorie intake; this was a BIG help when losing weight before. I know I can do this! I've done it before. One day, one small step at a time!
