ANOTHER New Beginning!

I haven't had much success keeping on task and can easily think I don't have what it takes. BUT, I have logged on to Spark for a bit over 200 days now, so that shows I CAN be somewhat disciplined. I have started exercising again as well as tracking my food intake, so I am hoping to add to the near-50-pound weight loss had last year. That came together with some health issues, I am hoping that what I learned from that experience will help me have a healthier weight loss THIS year. I feel better, and people have noticed my weight loss. My skin looks better, too, so I am trying to focus on health improvements rather than scale numbers. Stay tuned!
