Well, I'm still here and still checking in!
My plan isn't perfect, but I'm working on it. I got to the gym once last week -- I had a really great upper body WO -- and did core work at home one day. I've been having issues with my lower back this year and don't feel ready to risk doing core work at the gym because of it. I want to get to the gym again today to keep my momentum going.
Of course, since going to the gym my weight is up, not down. I really, really hate being numbers focused.
The other night I started resenting the fact that I need to lose weight (or at least go down in inches in my waist) to fit into my suits. If I had more money, I could just head into NYC one day and buy a few new ones at my current size. But I don't have over $5,000 to spend on larger suits, so that's not happening.
But I'm still here and still plugging along.
