What an awesome day!!!

So Josh and I got home yesterday after him spending 2.5 weeks on Vancouver Island. We just chilled and didn't do anything for the rest of the day. Slept in today, and managed to find my motivation while I did it.
Today I did a super fun workout. Run/Walk on the dreadmill (LOL Debbie) for 30 mins, a total of 33 minutes on the treadclimber (between ST), and another 55 minutes strength training. The fun part was that I opened pinterest, and typed workout...then picked randomly a bunch to do. Everything was random, and I LOVED it. Felt like the old me, energized to do the same tomorrow!!
I just feel like yelling YAYYYYYY!!!!!
