So I'm wanting to try making healthy shakes for breakfast or anytime and was wondering if anyone had great low calorie recipes. I wouldn't mind trying this one recipe for a strawberry cheesecake shake made with the sugar free cheesecake pudding mix but not wanting to buy the expensive protein powder. Also seen some made with the carnations instant breakfast.. has anyone tried that and would it be low calorie?

    3 short stalks celery, 2 handfuls kale, 1 handful spinach, a little mango and water tastes great.
