So that's what NSV means

I had to google NSV, having come across it in various blogs and comments.
Non scale victory! Having bounced around the same pound for almost a week it's a useful concept.
I might not have had the same success thus far this week with the scales but:
I've gone from a brick like/apple shape to hourglass. My waist is re-emerging! Admittedly there's one hell of a pot belly on the hourglass but - woohoo! I never really liked that woman's mag 'what shape are you' stuff, but can remember thinking I was obviously hourglass many many moons ago, and then morphing into 'apple' and kind of accepting it as part of aging.
There are signs of collar bones. I need the right light and posture but they're there. And they feel more prominent.
My boobs are getting smaller. I bought the only option of sports bra (read the biggest size in two shops....) I could find hoping it would at least hold them in check. It fitted despite the cup size being down from what I have been, and my older bras are definitely getting a little saggy. This to me is a blessing, thank you universe! I have plenty spare and was getting a little worried about how well/badly I was gauging my cup/chest size (note to self stop buying cheap badly sized bras). I'll never be flat, but matronly wasn't and isn't a look I'm going for.
This is in the space of two weeks. Go me!
p.s. I need to add meditation to my goals from the last blog, I KNOW stress is a factor in keeping weight on, and is creeping on up (new clients which is all good.. and an "associate induction programme" which is not so good... over two days Gateshead - I'll go with good; it's about as far from here as you can get without entering Scotland but I've never been there so...).
