Cooking for Four

So far I've been able to stick to my healthy eating plan and cook for 4. That's significant because my daughter and her 13 year-old son are staying with us. (Oh, and their two cats and a large lizard, lol.) Really, I've prepared the same recipes as before and they claim to love every meal so far. Tonight it's pan fried tilapia and wild rice, which they both like. (and the pets are not a problem.)
A bonus to their living with us is that I've been able to resist Those late night binges with extra wine. (After my first glass of wine, I'm too sleepy to stay up because I've been getting up earlier.) So, yay, yippee, and all that jazz!!
