Off and On Again

This has been a crazy month. I've tried to add my foods and exercise but with camping and no internet for several days, it was too hard to remember. All in all, I haven't hurt my progress too drastically. I'm still carrying the 3 pounds I regained, but haven't gained any more, which I am thankful for. Once I returned home, I managed to get back to resisting my nighttime snacking! That's where I hurt myself the most, so it's a big accomplishment. Now it's time to stay the course for awhile: lose the 3 and then the final 30 more. My goal is actually a higher weight than perfect, but it seems so much more attainable. Once I get there I can reevaluate and decide if I want to keep going.
