This last week I have been very good, got on the scale, and a pound gain. Totally bummed out. Maybe next week I will do better as far as change on the scale. I am determined to stay being good!!!

    Stay sytrong and don´t let the scale play with your mind. Concentrate how good you feel on taking good care of yourself. A person to be bummed out would be if this person was just sitting on their couch and feeling miserable. You are working hard and I know you will see that scale go down.P.S.     When I lost my weight the first time (pre-pregnancy) I could s&p ee a cycle: up one week, and down more the next. I finally had to accept that every other week the scale was going to make me feel like I had failed,but the good weeks were really good
