I hate to admit it, but I have to change my goal date. Not only have I not lost weight for two weeks, I've gained back three pounds. I'm not stressing about it though, because here I am again. It's so easy to slip back into old habits and rationalize your behavior. The magic about Sparkpeople is if you really record everything you consume, there is no rationalizing. You see it right in front of you in black and white. I know I need to use this site consistently. Hopefully one day I will be able to control myself but for the time being, this works for me and I'm going to lose 33 more pounds come hell or high water.
