Meh day, 15th day is rest day

It's been a meh day for me.
Work was super hectic. Although I didn't cross my upper calorie limit, I tracked in the highest calorie intake in 15 days today. People who saw my French fries chat are aware that I had a pretty large dinner.
And I didn't exercise at all today. Was too tired and mentally exhausted to do much. I planned on squats and crunches and I had already selected two workout videos. But u just couldn't bring myself to do it.
I can count this as my cheat and rest day. day. It's fine. Maybe I can create a pattern. Every 15th day is rest day.
Let's see if I can keep at it. :)
I need to keep myself motivated. A really long way to go and there will be ups and downs. Keep focussed. Keep going.
I deserve breaks and I am going to do this. Healthier me... 70lbs lighter me.
