Week 3, Push 1

Took a few days off cos my sleep had been like 2-3 hrs a night and that's "no Gouda" for breaking down muscle. I'm already broken down! Slept 7 hrs last night, though the longest stretch was 30 minutes. Stayed in bed like 14 hrs, just forcing myself to rest. Reckoned moving would be more mentally supportive today (I love the endorphins). I still use tracker sheets and a pic is easier. Weights are pounds in each hand (13= 13# dumbbells) and 2nd number is reps, possibly followed by the "extreme set." Went up in several but crapped out on a couple. How it goes!
