Weekly weigh in.. 2.5lbs down!!!

I lost 2.5 lbs this week. That's my best so far.
I am now at 163.4lb. I started off at 172lb. Thats almost 7lbs in a month.
I am really happy and I feel so glad to see the scale moving. No personal trainer and no crazy diet. I am more happy about that than the numbers.
Thanks to all you guys for helping me and keeping me going. I am going to do this.
