Finding motivation?

How do you guys feel motivated during your low days? Not just concerning weight loss... any aspect of your life. How do you make yourself feel better and upbeat?

    When feeling low get up and move. Doing something good for yourself such as exercise will give you energy and release those feel good endorphins. emoticon

    I am trying to make another major life change but I just like this weight loss journey...I am trying to find the motivation to finally get up and start making the change.

    I crank the praise music and dance around my house or ride my recumbent bike. I also keep a to do list. It's not in my nature to leave things on it at the end of the day (within reason), so if I have to do something and I don't want to, I add it to my list.

    I exercise when I'm feeling down. The thing that helps me feel better the most is doing a Richard Simmons video. Sweating to the Oldies or Dance your pants off. It's a great work out a d a great pick me up.
