Sunday weigh in today

My 10pm weigh in is a few hours away. I I started off the week really well but the 2 Christmas days were calorie overloads. I am expecting to have gained a pound or so. I will count myself to be supremely successful if I have somehow managed to have a net of 0 to +1. If I have gained more than that, I am going to be a little disappointed but it won't be unexpected. I truly believe that tracking my food and exercise here has made me realistic and logical about this journey. Fingers crossed. A few more hours to go. Update I lost 0.5lb which is a big deal considering the amount of sugar, fats and carbs went into my body for 2.5 days. I am content that I have almost maintained my weight. Cheers to a super packed healthy week ahead.
