Happy 2016; Live Well...720 Days Sparking Positive

Over the past 720 days, I learned stand-up paddleboarding, hula-hooping, and ice-skating since January 12, 2014. I became and remain a Spirited Underdog! I have been doing consecutive 5% less SP challenges since the spring challenge of 2014.
On my first day at SP, I weighed 225 pounds! I weighed about the same for about a decade before joining SP. My vow to myself was and is to have as much fun losing the weight as I had going up the scale.
In 2014, it was about moving down the scale. I did lose. At some point, it got hard. I plateaued at every pound for a while after the first fifty. I finally pulled off seventy less by the fall, 2015. I am back to fifty less, and that is where I begin the year 2016.
What I still refuse to do is beat myself up for what I weigh or which size I am wearing today.
Over the holidays, I did a lot of mindful paddle-boarding, ice-skating, hula hooping, and hula hooping on the water on my paddle-board at Huntington Harbor. I also mindfully ate a few high carb desserts, and skipped calorie counting at some holiday gatherings.
My winter 5% challenge starts tomorrow at SP! Spirited Underdogs, I have my place in the pack!
