Off to a great start!

I've really been feeling on track so far since the new year. Working out with the trainer three times a week at the gym (twice with a small group, once one-on-one) has really pushed me to work out way harder than I usually do! That, in turn, keeps me hones with my eating because I don't want to undo all that hard work. By going back to no flour-no sugar and stopping wine (although I did have some last night-Friday night and I was weak!), I've lost 6 pounds since New Year's Eve! I'm really happy. It just shows how out of control my eating had been through the holidays! Also, I now have only three pounds left to the top of my maintenance range and another two pounds to get to my desired goal of being comfortably in the middle of that range, a place I can live in the real world! I'm so happy and encouraged! I hope all of you had a great week too and that this is a good and healthy year for us all!
