I need to make a plan with some rewards...I work well for rewards and think this may be some motivation I need.

Start weight: 194

At 180 - find a Groupon for shellac nail manicure, buy it, and go get nails done

At 170 -Watch "War Room" (see if can borrow it from SMIL)

At 160 -Go to the zoo and walk around -see if family will go along

At 150- Find groupon for a pedicure, buy it , and get pedicure

At 140- Find groupon for massage and go get one (I have never had one!)

**I will use BLC for accountability
**Biggest Loser weigh-ins at work
**I will log in food daily, no matter what I eat
**I will plan my weekly meals on Thursdays and Fridays, grocery shop on Sat. and make food for the week on Sunday
**I will have a mid-week grocery trip to get additional fruits and veggies if necessary
