Last night was awful! I have never pushed my sleeve but last night I'm pretty sure I did. It won't happen again. I was clammy and dizzy and in awful pain. I had 3 wonton tacos. I should not have had 3. I ate too fast and didn't listen to my sleeve. I have never felt so awful since surgery!

But...today I did something good! I did a complete Walk Away the Pounds - 2 miles! It was a HIIT (high, intensity, interval training) one too. I will be honest and say I didn't do all the high kicks and knee raises. My knees, hips and right shoulder were killing me by the end. I did it though and that's what matters. Even when I wasn't doing the kicks, I was moving. I'm proud of myself.

I want to start keeping track of things I notice that are becoming easier or things I couldn't do that I can do now as my journey progresses. I figure it will keep my motivated to keep working hard.

emoticon The steering wheel ins't rubbing against my belly!
emoticon I can fit in the tub. (not comfortably, but I can take a bath)
emoticon I don't get as tired walking around the store.
emoticon I am more flexible. emoticon
emoticon I went from a tight 26 to loose 24.
emoticon My wedding ring fits! (this was my 1st NSV)
emoticon I am more comfortable in restaurant booths.

And that's all I can think of now.

I look forward to SO many things, but that's for a different blog on a different day.

I have that DVD and it is not easy. Congrats on that and on all your accomplishments. I have my initial consultation on February 10th and reading your honest blogs is inspiring.

Ugh. Well, just like when we were little, sometimes we learn more from failure than success.

One of my favorite threads on the Living Low Carb team is about "the best things about low carb eating" and you keep finding new ones, like clean shiny teeth, and no skin "tags", and no reflux. Keep tracking all those positives!

This is all great... Except learning the sleeve boundary. And man, once it schools you, you won't push it again... That's the truth!!! Congrats on the exercising! That's my biggest weakness that I could really use some accountability with :(
