Liquid diet

So I started a liquid diet today. Total of 110 cal. No fat 4 protein. 3 days of this lets see how it turns out.

    I'm afraid you won't get a lot of support for this sort of extreme crash dieting. It's a waste of time at best and very dangerous at worst.

    I would suggest taking some time to read about how to follow a healthy, nutritious diet plan, with real food, and a minimum of 1200 calories a day.

    Crash diets like that tend to not be very successful since you'll end up gaining everything back when you go back to your normal eating. 110 calories for the day? That's definitely not healthy at all. Be careful.
