So guys I was stuck at 170 for what seemed like a week and a half. I wasn't really working out like I was when I first started. I started this diet on 01/23/16. I was weighed 180. I am now 165 on 02/21/16... Going slow but I see progress...probably just some more water weight, well I plan on keeping it off...lol

    Another thing that helps a lot and many people don't know is positive thinking. Go throw on some old pair of jeans and look at the difference. Anything to keep you motivated. Do not forget to treat yourself. Otherwise what are you fighting for?
