Food is not the enemy

Figuring this thing out, food is not the enemy. Letting myself get overly hungry is the enemy because that leads to overeating. Food nourishes me, keeps me alive, gives me energy. Overeating is what is bad for me, makes me feel tired, bad about myself, guilty, get fat and should be avoided at all costs. I am going to combat overeating by having all 3 meals and 2 snacks in between to prevent cravings. I am going to start working out regularly, 3 to 5 times a week. I will start with cardio,then stretch and do some weights. Water is my new best friend. This is how I'm going to get it done.
