I certainly don't blog very often; but, have decided to try some shorter more frequent blogging for a while. I recently started going through the SparkCoach program again so today's blog is from an assignment there about identifying ways to distract yourself if you feel an eating binge coming on. So here are some ideas I think will work to keep me from the extra snacking that hits me sometimes.
- do a few minutes of fitness
- check in with a SparkPeople team
- give my pet some extra attention
- fix a cup of hot herbal tea
- call a friend
