It's been FREEZING here! I am over all the cold weather! Had a good day 2 of the new workout today...incline chest press 3x12 55lb and 1 additional set of 8....DB bench press 3x12 50lb...1x 7,,,,DB Flye 3X12 30lb....1x10.....close grip bench press 3x12 65lb.....1x8.....Tricep pushdowns w/straight bar 3x15 60lb...1x8....seated one arm DB tricep extension 6x15 12.5lb....2x8....and 25 minutes on the bike plus 90 minutes umpiring softball....

I feel like I'm finally "all in" again. There's never a thought of skipping a workout, or the cardio that I always found a way to avoid....I'm getting my strength back, and my knee is much batter....

I've been mindful of the fact that my son would have felt so badly knowing I had lost my focus on eating healthy and working out, after he died. I feel like i'm honoring him by getting back to where I was before he passed away. I miss him every day, more than anyone could possibly know, but letting myself wallow and give up on life, would disrespect him and I couldn't live with that....

    A polar vortex in April! It was 25 degrees this morning when I went down to get the paper. In March, we all thought spring had come early. We were wrong.

    I know right?! This weather is crazy! Last week 70s, this week 30s/40s. Great job with the workouts! I am so sorry for your loss and you are right, our loved ones don't want us to be sad. You are honoring him by being healthy.
