I have went through bursts of energy as I watched what I consumed and exercised. Now I have to admit I feel beat. Lol It is only 8pm and I am ready for bed. That almost never happens.

It is not going to be easy, but it is attainable. Make small goals and they will lead to big successes. You have to make you #1 and tell yourself that you are worth it. If you don't take care of yourself you can't take care of anyone else. 8 oclock may have been the time to go to bed. Sleep is an important part of weight loss. You can do it! We are here to help!
