I've had headaches all week. I don't know if it's withdrawal from sugar, because I haven't eaten a lot of it or binged on carbs in the afternoon, but I'll stick with that explanation. I've been drinking 100 oz water a day, so it doesn't seem reasonable for it to be dehydration. I've checked my nutrition tracker and it doesn't appear to be a lack of protein. Let's hope that with a few more days I'm out of this headache and mental haze.
