So I purchased a new scale, because my old scale was giving me different readings. On my old scale my starting weight was 183 and on day 7 I weighed myself and was at 176. I got my new scale weighed myself and said I was 186.6 I weighed myself again on both scales and the old scale is off by 10 pounds. So my conclusion is that my true starting weight was 193 and my true weight now is 186.6, I'm not mad because I measured my belly " good thing I did" and lost 2 inches... so I just need to keep pushing myself.
