I spent time last night cutttiing veggies for salads today and tomorrow!
That really makes a difference for me if I think about the next day. I also had a delicious Light & Fit Greek Crunch yogurt (Key Lime Pie) for breakfast.
The sun is shining today and I went outside and walked during my lunch for about 35 minutes. I really worked up a sweat and I hated coming back in.
