Day 16: Stuck on bedrest

Friday, May 27, 2016

So after yet another ER trip last night I was severely dehydrated :(
I was put on bed rest for the next couple days, I am also on a strong medicine that will hopefully help with the nausea and vomiting, downside is it puts me to sleep. Then on top of that I am on something for pain and that puts me to sleep also. So between the two I will be getting lots of sleep.

I am supposed to just try and focus on keeping fluids and stuff down these next few days, so lots of broth and soup. I also got some juice and powerade to make sure I am staying hydrated.

Hubby will finally be home tomorrow so that will be awesome.

emoticon I am sorry that you are in such pain and the doctors aren't able to diagnose the problem. Have they checked your gall bladder? Your symptoms sound a lot like my DGS's fianc├ęs' when she had problems with her gall bladder. Keep your spirits up through this episode. Having your husband home should help a lot.

Sounds like the meds that put you to sleep will keep you in bed resting.
