5% Summer Challenge exercise - Starts on June 25th

I am signed up for the 5% Summer Challenge. The Summer Challenge kicks off next Saturday, June 25. This is the first time I have committed to anything really on Sparks, after being here 10 years - but giving it a try.

My exercise plan for this challenge beginning June 25:

- Any Natalie Jill or Chris Freytag workouts they give me online as a challenge that day

- Fit-Bit has the 250 Steps Challenge Daily & my goal is to get those extra 250 steps 14 times a day

- I do I will start Strength training more with 5 lb weight

- Walking 5-6 miles on either Saturdays or Sundays - depending on weather & schedule.
