Problem: Off track with weight loss goals, eating plan, and exercise program . . .

and guess what. I've gained 5 pounds. Solution: Re-evaluated diet, exercise and accountability. Here's my get back on track solution plan:

1) Portion control
2) Planned meals and snacks
3) Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily
4) Restart walking program

I am committed to accurately tracking food. "Bite it/write it" philosophy is something I believe in and it does work. Concentrate on quality foods and use the Nutrition Reports to tweak my choices for health. I've lost 29 pounds since January (24 now that I've gained 5 back) so I know it can be done. I've planned out today's food and will do the same every evening as I finish tracking and exercise. Maybe getting off track is what I needed to become motivated again. So, just for today I am focusing on being back on track!
