1) Drowning in paperwork. Not enough time to breathe. Couldn't break the surface even if I wanted to breathe.
2) Trying to get in more walking because we are going to walk 200 miles in Spain this fall.
3) Stress is screwing with my eating and drinking. I have black, unsweetened iced tea in the house, and am trying to drink that more often than my nightly beer. Limited success.
